• Location Data: GPS coordinates, only if you enable location-based features.
• User Content: Posts, messages, and files you upload to the App.
• System Data:
  • Crash reports and performance logs (collected anonymously).
  • IP addresses (stored temporarily for security purposes).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To Operate the App: Providing access, location-based features, and user functionality.
• Internal Analytics:
  • We analyze anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) to improve performance and usability.
  • Personal data (e.g., email, GPS) is excluded from analytics unless all identifying information is removed.
• Security: Temporary IP logging helps prevent fraud and abuse (logs are deleted after 30 days).

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Storage Locations:
  • Supabase – for general database storage.
  • ImgBB – for user-uploaded images.
  • Local servers – for backup and redundancy.
• Retention Periods:
  • Personal data: Retained until you request deletion.
  • Anonymized analytics: Retained indefinitely (non-identifiable).

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• Exceptions:
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used for push notifications (pseudonymized device tokens only).
  • Legal Requirements: Data may be shared if required by law or lawful authority.

• Access & Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your data and account (anonymized analytics excluded).
• Correction: You may request updates to inaccurate or outdated information.

• All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• Analytics data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to individual users.

7. Children’s Privacy

• Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child has used the App, we will delete their account and associated data.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

• We use cookies and local storage for essential App functionality, such as maintaining login sessions.

9. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the App after that period constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
